Initial site visit or meeting to discuss HRI’s involvement in your project. A time to discuss what you are looking to achieve with your home or cottage as well as gain an in-depth understanding of you, the client.
We want to get to know you and understand how you will live in your space so that we can serve you best. We want to help you create a home that is unique to you and your needs.
Following our first meeting and prior to any design work beginning, a written Design Proposal will be presented to you outlining the responsibilities of your Designer as well as associated fees.

It’s now time for us to create a customized design plan for your home or cottage. This includes a comprehensive and detailed set of drawings, visuals and full product and material selections to help you visualize your space. Our established relationships with industry trades allows us to provide you with the best product and information to ensure that you are making the best and most informed decisions for your project.

I M P L E M E N T A T I O N
When proposals and selections are finalized, HRI will work one on one with all trades to ensure the progression of the project is in line with the design.
Keeping a close eye on the project with regular site visits will ensure that the outcome is even better than imagined.
If applicable to your project, all furniture, custom drapery and decor will be ordered during this phase to ensure that the timelines for total project completion are met.
